Does Serna (either free or enterprise) validate against RelaxNG schemas?

We edit DocBook 5 documents, to which we have made a few modifications to support some additional structures. I originally wrote our modified schema in W3C, but grew increasingly frustrated with that. When I converted to RelaxNG, it was like a breath of fresh air. I would hate to go back to the W3C schema.

Serna does not support RelaxNG.
But as Serna Free is open source now, everybody can force Serna to support it.

Yes, but:
1) we're interested in the enterprise edition (we require svn/webdav server support), and
2) support for RelaxNG is a necessity for us.

We can do a priority feature development for you. As soon as a custom feature will be a part of generally available Serna Enterprise, you will be charged only for a fraction of the development costs. Please contact us at sales@syntext.com if you interested in this service.

Are there tools that convert RelaxNG to W3C schema? Perhaps you could create a w3c verison from your RelaxNG schema using a tool. I believe that's how Serna supports DTDs. You convert the DTD and then configure Serna to use the schema when it sees a certain public identifier in the DOCTYPE.
