Hi there,

Are there any integration efforts ongoing with respect to DITA OT 1.5 and using DITA 1.2 features?

Is it possible to make a build using the latest DITA OT 1.5?

Can I author DITA 1.2 documents using the Syntext editor ?

or is there any plan/roadmap to do so?

Hello,

Currently there is no DITA OT 1.5 support in Serna as well as DITA 1.2. We have plans to make such integration as soon as it is possible (btw, final version of DITA OT 1.5 will be released in the december -- Plans for DITA-OT 1.5 | DITA XML.org).

Thanks for the reply. The link is quite an important one indeed.

We are preparing a roadmap based on DITA 1.2 and DITA OT 1.5. We will also recommend tooling that is available in an more or less predictable manner. Some of our users will be using the free Serna and some others will be willing to pay for premium support (i.e. Serna Enterprise). Therefore it will be useful to us if there is some estimated roadmap we can trust.
