I am wondering if anyone might be able to help. I am trying to install a licensed version of "Syntext Serna v3.8.0 - 20080711.19374" on a desktop computer running Windows XP, when trying to open a file to edit from an Internet based content management system (CMS) using Internet Explorer, I get the following error:
Cannot open document (unable to get resource status): 'http://cms.NAMEOFCOMPANY.com:80/docato-composer/dav/ses=D60447B895A78C41D3E3A59C13B7D32A/442641$7.XML'

The same setup file and plug-ins have been successfully installed on 4 other computers, using XP and VISTA OS. I have tried reinstalling the program twice and now open for any ideas of where the problem may be. I understand
it could be a problems with the connection to the CMS via Internet Explorer, so if anyone can help, I would be really appreciate it.
