Greetings!

On Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty I just installed

serna-free-4.2.0-20091009-linux.tgz

to /usr/local and ended up with directory /usr/local/serna-free-4.2

The last installation message was:
Installation is finished. Run Serna as: /usr/local/bin/serna-free-4.2

But on doing that Serna then complains:

No such file: /usr/local/serna-4.2/ui/EmptyDocument.sui

An identical clone of
/usr/local/serna-free-4.2
as
/usr/local/serna-4.2

gets Serna working, but needing 2 installations suggests there's a hiccup in the installation someplace.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

To solve this problem please try to remove all .serna-* folders from your HOME directory, and then run Serna again.

sudo rm -rf ~/.serna-*
